We opened our doors in November 2006 to serve the Ann Arbor and surrounding communities with only one main goal in mind: To deliver the best possible service with the highest skill and integrity. Binh’s team believes that 100% satisfaction can only come from education and knowledge. We pride ourselves in being the teaching artists behind the beauty chair.
At Binh’s you’ll find professionals that have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, but never stop learning. We thrive to deliver the latest techniques and styles to every one of our guests. One of our requirements for every staff member is continuous education.
Just like choosing the right people we choose our products carefully as well. We use and recommend only professional product lines such as Paul Mitchell, Brocato and Tri. We are a proud Paul Mitchell Focus Salon.

On March 31 we hosted a fashion show. With the help of our friends and family it was a great success!!! The turnout was around 100 people!!!, Great food, wine, music and entertainment. 12 gorgeous models showed off wedding and prom dresses that were accompanied by formal hair designs. For the second part of the show, the girls showed of their loose locks. Binh’s team thanks all the sponsors for participating!!! Stay tuned for our next fashion event.
Binh - owner/stylist. Binh is a testament of making it in America. She escaped Vietnam 30 years ago (see Ann Arbor News Article in our news page). To financially secure the future for her three girls she became an award winning precision hair designer. The key to Binhs success is her exceptional customer service; friendly, caring, professional and consistent every time.
Tanya - Group leader/manager/stylist. As an accomplished Paul Mitchell Educator Tanya is up on the most current trends and styles. Her personal style has a European feel to it and her customer service skills are outstanding. She can pour a glass of wine or make you a Mojito just to set the mood for your style change or a complete makeover. Specializing in precision cutting, dimensional hair coloring and most of all bridal hair design.
Tom- Named National Platform Stylist of the Year, traveled with the Broadway crew for seven years, stylist on TV sets, owned salons... Tom has done it all! With over 30 years experience in the industry he's a master in permanent hair straightening, color and precision cutting. It's amazing to watch Tom work, no task is big enough for him.
Matthew - Natural nail specialist a.k.a. the
"Prince of Pedicures" Yes he loves toes! In the professional way, therapeutic pedicures, relaxing pedicures and manicures. Also offering Man e cures and pedicures, Guys you have a private room with beverages provided and you can bring your laptop! Internet access complimentary to all pedicure clients. Warm cream manicures are the standard not the option. Nail care has been his passion for over 7 years in the Ann Arbor area. Complimentary consultations for all bridal events. If you're considering nail enhancements Linda is your go to girl. Your nails
will look absolutely gorgeous in less then an hour. Specializing in pink/white
free hand, no one will know that they're not yours! Linda has been in the industry
for 25 years. Nail salon owner and operator she has served the Ann Arbor community
with outstanding customer service and satisfaction
Paul - Therapeutic Massage Paul is the latest (and greatest) addition to our
team. He is very personable and focused on the client. He's well versed in swedish,myofascial and neuromuscular therapies. Paul is eager to work with our clients as he expands his skills. Paul tries to blend techniques to produce a massage geared to the individual. This guarantees a satisfying experience and a sense of relaxation and well being.
Kara - Kara is an extremely professional and knowledgeable therapeutic massage practitioner. She is proficient in Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, Swedish, Light Healing Touch and Pregnancy massage. She might be little, but has a very strong touch. Wether you walk in with a migraine, back pain or just stressed out; you will walk out a new person; worry free!
Kara is at the spa Tuesday-Saturday and will treat every new client to a complimentary 10 min massage.

Meg - Guest services. Her bright smile and attention to detail keep the salon & spa running like a well oiled machine. You can count on Meg for your next reservation as well as your confirmation call. Megan is an expert in all product knowledge, she will always have a recommendation for your specific beauty need.
At Binh’s Place we thrive to deliver our absolute best. If you are ever not satisfied with your operator we encourage you to try someone else in our salon, (no ones feelings will be hurt).
Our latest addition to our list of services is birthday parties! How about celebrating your birthday at the salon? Reserve a Saturday or Sunday night, invite as many of your friends as you’d like and have a girls night. We’ll do your make-up, nails and hair. How about a fashion photo shoot? We can arrange that. So you can have your cake and eat it too!!!
